Alexei Dunaway - Founder & CEO
Alexei has been involved in leadership development, start-up strategy, and product leadership for over 10 years across the US, Mexico, Brazil, India, Kenya, Mozambique, and South Africa. Prior to launching upGrowth, Alexei was an Executive-Coach-in-Residence at IGNIA Partners, one of Mexico’s largest venture capital firms, and CEO of Ongoza, an accelerator based in Nairobi, Kenya. Alexei has received extensive coaching training through the International Coach Federation, Positive Intelligence, Coaches Rising, and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. He has a masters degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
